Will you dedicate a point person from your team I can connect with directly?
Yes, the hired individual will be exclusively recruited and dedicated to your requirements, ensuring their focused commitment to our project

How long am I locked in for?
We only require a 30-day notice to terminate the employee, which aligns with ethical standards and legal requirements. You won't be tied down by a lengthy lock-in contract, so feel assured of flexibility.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No, we establish our relationship based on trust. You will receive a bill at the end of the month upon completion of the services.

How do we pay our hired employees?
We ensure that employees receive their compensation and benefits on time. In the Philippines, employees are paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th. We pay the employees upfront and then send you an invoice at the end of the service month, with a 15-day payment term.

Can I reduce or increase the number of employees at any time?
Yes, you can increase the headcount whenever necessary. If you need to reduce the number of employees, we require a 30-day notice for those who have been with us for more than 6 months (post-probation period). We will remind you of this requirement if needed.

Do the employees work for multiple companies or are they simply dedicated to me?
The hired employee will be dedicated solely to your organization and will handle the tasks assigned by you

Will attendance be monitored?
We will monitor attendance on our end to ensure that the committed hours are met. We also recommend that your organization report any discrepancies to us so we can cross-check the records.

What if the employee is not performing well?
If an employee is not performing well, we will request them to submit a performance evaluation. We can then set up a meeting to discuss their performance and reevaluate the situation.

Do I have to pay if they are absent or on sick leave?
You will only be required to pay for the hours or days actually worked.

What benefits do the employees get ?
All employees receive their compensation twice a month, along with a 13th month pay, government benefits, medical benefits, and a monthly allowance.

Can employees work on holidays and during my preferred time zone?
Employees can work on holidays or overtime, we advise informing them in advance to ensure their availability. Please note that it is mandatory by law to adhere to holiday or overtime rates, which will be detailed in the service agreement.

Will you provide the employees with the equipment and connectivity?
Employees will be provided with a laptop or desktop equipped with an i5 processor, as well as a headset. Additional equipment can be supplied upon the client's request, subject to an extra charge.

Can we give bonuses or incentives to the employees?
Bonuses or incentives can be provided to employees. We recommend discussing this with our management to ensure it is processed and communicated to the employees effectively.

Can we hire our virtual employees directly?
You can hire the employee directly through our recruitment-only service. Additionally, employees can be transitioned directly to your company after one year, subject to a transfer fee.

Do you have a client referral program?
We have a client referral program, and we will apply a discount to your upcoming billing as a result.
